STORE PROFILE
Christ United Methodist Church (CUMC) in Mobile had a unique opportunity to construct a building for a store on the corner of their church property that fronted a heavily-trafficked intersection. After reviewing preliminary designs from their architect, the their architect did not have a good grasp of retail design. CUMC contacted Integra GP though contacts at Integrity Music also located in Mobile.
We recommended concepts for the exterior design and suggested that the building be placed diagonal to the intersection so the front could be seen from both directions. It was a true pleasure to work with CUMC. We were able to create a space that is both very contemporary and very inviting. Because it is a large space, each department has a very strong identity. We incorporated various ceiling finishes and flooring finishes.

"Merch it truly listened to our heart and to our desire. Crossroads is 12,500 sq. ft. of space that upon entering is reflective of several stores within a store. The aroma of coffee draws you into our Cafe to read or visit with a friend. The Gift area is open and airy, yet with an intimate feel as you enter into different rooms filled with wedding, baby, men’s gifts, or home furnishings. It draws you room to room to make sure you don't miss what is coming next. Our Bible department is beautiful with plenty of eye level space to make your Bible selection easy."
"The Music department is a state of the art, user friendly space equipped with AudioSELECT stations to preview music. Customers can also search for artists or titles on their own. We also have a sound room where customers can sing along with sound tracks. Teenagers truly love the music department. Not to leave out the small children, our Kids’ Department features continuous playing DVDs and a playground. It is often a gathering place for young moms."
