STORE PROFILE
The owners were selling their downtown building and moving the store to a suburban 4,800 square foot location in a high traffic retail strip center. Very little from the old site was usable. The challenge was to design a space that would reflect a more upscale community without blowing the budget.
The original plan was to move into the new space in November 2003. Complications involving interim bank financing fell through. Recommendations made by IGP facilitated an alternative and the installation took place in March 2004.
